The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarters charges a required Facilities Fee of $30.00 inclusive of tax per room, per night. This fee allows the hotel to provide our guests with value added amenities other hotels charge for individually, such as:

  • Complimentary access to On-Property Fitness Center and Business Center
  • Unlimited local and domestic long distance phone calls (Excluding International)
  • Daily complimentary bottled water

Pet policy: Maximum of two (2) pets per room and pets weighing over 75lbs are not allowed on property. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet will be charged.
