I stayed at the Beacon last spring and your
hospitality surpassed any I have ever received at any hotel. Your
staff is very professional, the restaurant is wonderful and the
surrounding area is fun to explore and close to the metro. I think
the Beacon is the best!

Ever since we signed our first contract
with the Beacon earlier this year, Yeshi has been a lifesaver- always
returning phone calls and emails quickly, and doing whatever she could
to accommodate our needs (and the often changing requests of my bosses,
sometimes at the eleventh hour). I would be in dire straits without her
and Van Claybrooks who has also been so helpful with Catering, A/V and
other nitty-gritty details that are essential to having a meeting run
smoothly. You have an incredible staff and I’m so fortunate that I’m
able to work with them.

Historic Weekend at the Beacon Hotel. Your hotel staff was awesome
handling our accommodations, Paul Parnanov, Assistant General Manager,
went out of his way to assist us, with all of our queries, dry-cleaning
projects and he did shower us with unbelievable respect throughout our
stay.

congratulated. Our 20th reunion was a smashing success!
Everything ran SO SMOOTHLY! The goody bags were distributed, requests
were accommodated, and the employees were professional, helpful and
responsive. Everyone loved their rooms! We are all very grateful. I
would definitely recommend your hotel and hope we get the opportunity to
experience the Beacon again.

Van - Your humbleness and
obvious willingness to accommodate are to be noted and hopefully
appreciated by anyone with whom you come in contact. From the time
Yeshi turned things over to you in preparation of logistics for our
Session, not only did you tirelessly respond to all inquiries, but
did so with such enthusiasm. I realize that I am persistent about
crossing every "t" and dotting every "i" whenever I review BEOs. You
were attentive to each detail that I needed to revise and/or
confirm. You were willing to stay through the end of the day until
you knew that I was satisfied. I thank you so much for your
professionalism and obvious passion for the work you do. I hope the
Beacon Hotel realizes and appreciates what they have in you as an

By-the-way…BIG Kudos to the chef on every meal! Although I was not
there the entire time and therefore, did not partake of every meal,
I thoroughly enjoyed it when it did. It’s not often that I receive
positive compliments on food from majority of the group, if not all,
as much as while we were at the Beacon.
My overall experience was such that I look forward to perhaps doing
business with the Beacon Hotel and you in the future.
